Currington, who missed the first nine games with an injury, scored a career-high 14 points, making 6 of his 8 shots from the field, as the Lions extended their home winning streak to 13 games on Saturday. He scored eight of the points in the second half as the Lions pulled away after ACU pulled to within six. He also had six rebounds, a block and a steal. Currington also had six rebounds, an assist, a steal and five points in the Lions’ win at Southern on Wednesday.
