Thompson posted his first multi-interception game of his career in Southeastern’s 30-22 win over Northwestern State. His second interception clinched the win for Southeastern, as he picked off NSU senior Zach Adkins in the end zone. Thompson also returned a blocked field goal 22 yards in Saturday’s victory. Thompson was a key part of a SLU defense that intercepted four passes – the most by a Southland Conference school this season.
