Gibson was Southeastern’s leading scorer in its two games this week … On Saturday, her double-double effort of 20 points and 10 rebounds helped the Lady Lions snap its five game losing streak with a 73-66 win over Northwestern State – the team’s first Southland Conference victory of the season … Gibson put in 16 points in the team’s loss at Central Arkansas on Wednesday … For the week, she averaged 18.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game, knocking down 63.2 percent of her field goal attempts and 92.3 percent of her free throw attempts.
