broke a SLU school record which had stood since 1985 as he successfully cleared 2.22 meters (7'3.25") in the high jump competition, besting the mark 2.20 meters (7'2.5") mark of Andy Steib. At the same time, it bested his own facility record for the Southeastern Track Complex which he set last season in a dual meet. The jump was a new personal best in the competition for Stevic while moving him up to third in all of Division I. He took gold in the Strawberry Relays by .12 meters and now holds the SLU school record in the high jump in both indoor and outdoor competition.
