Biography

2008 (Junior) :  Led the team and was tenth in the Southland Conference with 35 service aces ... Among the team leaders with 2.36 kills per game ... Led the team by recording eight of the Lady Lions' 15 double-doubles on the season (53.3 %) ... Finished second on the team with 258 kills and 240 digs ... Was third on the Lady Lions in assists (85) and block assists (48) ... Led the Lady Lions to their best overall and SLC records since 2003 ... Tied a career high with seven service aces at Stephen F. Austin on Oct. 11 ... Twice tied her career record for blocks with a pair of 5.0 block matches during the season ... Posted double-digit kills in 13 of 28 matches ... Set career-best mark with 17 kills at Centenary on Sept. and posted a season-high hitting percentage of .406 (17-4-32) against the Ladies ... Recorded 11 kills on a career-high 38 attempts in Southeastern's Oct. 14  3-2 win over Sam Houston State.

2007 (Sophomore):   Led the team in digs (223) and finished second on the team in kills (198), kills-per-game (2.30), hitting percentage (.179), assists (352) and service aces (33) ... Recorded nine double-doubles and five triple-doubles on the year ... Set a career single-match high with 16 kills vs. Southern on Sept. 15 ... Had a career-best mark 30 assists against Grambling on Oct. 10.

2006 (Freshman):  Finished third on the team in blocks and fourth in kills per game and points per game ... Had seven matches with 10 or more kills ... Talllied four double-doubles on the season ... Recorded season-high 14 kills and 16.5 points at Southern Miss ... Posted 11 kills at Nicholls State ... Had 10 kills and 10 digs at Jacksonville in the JU Crispers Invitational ... Added 10 kills and 14 digs against Louisiana-Lafayette ... Had 10 kills and season-high 18 digs in home match against Lamar before getting 10 kills and 14 digs in the regular-season finale at LU ... Tallied three service aces in Southland Conference matches at Northwestern State and UT Arlington ... Recorded seven blocks against Grambling.

High School:  Selected as the 2005 East Jefferson Parish Player of the Year by the New Orleans Times Picayune … A two-time Division V All-State selection in volleyball at Ridgewood Prep … Named to the All-District and All-Metro teams … Helped Ridgewood to the 2004 LHSAA Division V state championship and the semifinals in 2005 … Named Most Valuable Player in the 2006 Louisiana High School All-Star Game posting 14 kills and hitting .258 for the victorious West squad … Honorable mention Class 1A All-State selection in softball as a senior … Helped Ridgewood to the 2004 Class 1A state title.
