2022 [JUNIOR (SLU)]: Returned to Southeastern and had one of the best seasons in program history... Named Louisiana's Player of the Year & First Team All-Louisiana by the Louisiana Sports Writer's Association (LSWA)... Named All-South Region by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)... Named First Team All-Southland Conference... Named MVP of the Southland Conference Championship Tournament & a member of the All-Tournament Team as she helped the Lady Lions win the program's first SLC Tournament Championship... Started all 32 matches she played in... Scored 515.5 points on the year, 4.6 points per set, to lead the team... Put down 467 kills, 4.17 kills per set, which also led the team... Had a .249 attack percentage... Also led team with 33 service aces on the year... Added 23 assists... Was second on team with 329 digs... Blocked back 22 opposing attacks (9 solo, 13 assists)... Named to Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

2021 [SOPHOMORE (Wichita State)]: Overcame early season injury to play in 23 matches and 77 sets ... finished fourth on the team with 150 kills and fifth with 159 digs ... recorded eight double-digit kill matches, including two with 18 kills (vs. Delaware, Sept. 11 and at Tulane, Sept. 24) ... had a career-high 26 digs vs. Houston on Nov. 5 ... set new career best with four service aces at South Florida on Oct. 29 ... finished the season with a team-leading five double-doubles ... named to the AD's Honor Roll for Fall of 2021.

2020 [FRESHMAN (SLU)]: Granted an extra year of eligibility by NCAA due to COVID-19 pandemic ... played in 16 matches and 67 sets ... named the Southland Conference and Louisiana Sports Writers Association Freshman of the Year ... AVCA Honorable Mention All-Region ... first-team Southland All-Conference ... three-time Southland Conference Player of the Week ... led the team and conference with 280 kills ... also averaged 4.18 kills per set, going along with 13 service aces, 184 digs, 2.75 digs per set, three block solos and 16 block assists. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Meredith Thompson at Clear Brook HS in Friendswood, Texas ... team captain for three seasons ... finished career with 2,053 kills, including 732 as a senior ... holds school records for career kills and single-season kills ... set single-season record as a junior and then broke it as a senior ... earned a bevy of accolades, including Under Armour All-Region, All-VYPE and Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston ... four-time All-State selection ... two-time District MVP ... selected to the Under Armour All-American Watch List, TGCA All-Star team, USAV Beach Nationals and the AVCA Phenom List. 

PERSONAL: Born in Houston, Texas ... daughter of Kristi and Torri Newsome ... has an older sister, Jaden, who plays volleyball at Missouri ... enjoys juggling and shopping ... majoring in sport management at Southeastern.
