Woodson was born and raised in Folsom, Louisiana, and attended Covington High School. A graduate of 2019, Woodson played on the Varsity Basketball Team at Covington, helping guide the team to back-to-back state playoff appearances.Â
Now in his third year at Southeastern, Woodson is majoring in Sports Communications while assisting the Men’s Basketball program. Woodson would like to eventually become a Professional Sports Broadcaster after completing his time at Southeastern.

Regarding the Men’s Basketball program, Woodson began his managerial role in June of 2019. Recently, he was promoted to Head Manager status. The 20-year-old has many responsibilities with the team including being in charge of equipment and practice setup as well as assisting in game and travel operations.
