2016 (Freshman): Played in 114 sets (30 matches) … recorded 155 kills (1.36 per set), seven assists, 46 digs (0.40 per set), 64 total blocks (0.56 per set) and a pair of service aces … led the team in blocks … twice recorded double-digit kills, in the first match of her career against Southern (Aug. 27) and against Incarnate Word (Oct. 20) … picked up a career-high six digs against host South Alabama in the Jaguar Invitational … threw up a career-high seven blocks at Northwestern State (Oct. 15) … named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

High School: Earned four letters in volleyball at Clear Springs HS … earned All-District honors all four years … twice named to VYPE Fab 50 … team Offensive Player of the Year as a sophomore … named Academic All-District as a freshman … finished her senior season with 435 kills and .381 attack percentage, 152 total blocks (27 solo) and 49 aces … played for the AVA TX 17 Team Rox, winners of the USA Volleyball Girls' Junior National Championship (17 Open Division) during the summer of 2015.

Personal: Born Savannah Alexandria Alcazar in Webster, Texas … daughter of Fermin Alcazar and Roxanne Shaw … father played football at the University of Houston … enjoys hunting … majoring in nursing.
