Chad Bailey is in his third season with the Southeastern basketball staff and his second as a gradudate assistant coach.
The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native was promoted to Graduate Assistant by head coach David Kiefer in June of 2019 after spending the 2018-19 season as student manager under former SLU head coach Jay Ladner.
Bailey helps with the team with player development and individual workouts with the team. He also assists with video scouting, day-to-day operations, equipment and travel.
Bailey played his high school career at McKinley High School in Baton Rouge. His senior year he averaged 12 points and five assists a game earning All-District 8-4A Honorable Mention.
Bailey graduated from Southeastern in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is currently pursing a Master's Degree in Sports Management at SLU.
Bailey is the son of Carlos and Alicia Bailey. He also has a daughter, Caliya.
