A two-time All-District 5-3A selection at Eunice High School, where he was named the Offensive MVP in 2012 … starting quarterback at EHS where he was coached by his father, Paul Trosclair … led the Bobcats to an 11-1 record, the District 5-3A title and a berth in the regional round of the Class 3A state playoffs as a senior, completing 79 of 123 passes for 1,327 yards and 13 TDs … named second-team All-District 4-3A at quarterback as a sophomore.
