2023 [JUNIOR]: Appeared in 48 games, started all of them … slashed .211 / .259 / .459 with four doubles and one home run … scored 37 runs and drove in another 25 … ranked second on the squad in runs scored … walked (47) more times than he struck out (31) … walk total is the third-highest single-season total program history … had more walks than hits … also hit by 24 pitches which is the second-highest single-season total in program history … tied Josh Cryer for the program career record for HBP (76) in series opener against Northwestern State (May 18) … produced four sacrifice flies … stole seven bases in 11 attempts …  scored a season-high four runs at Jackson State (Feb. 21) without recording an official at bat (two walks, two HBPs) … that contest began a string of three consecutive games in which he was hit by a pitch twice … hit by a pitch twice in four of the season’s first seven games … produced eight multi-hit games … drove in a season-high three runs in the Lions 8-7 win at No. 11-ranked Auburn (March 11) … enters the 2024 season needing 34 HBPs to break the NCAA DI career record (109) held by Brett Lilley of Notre Dame … member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2022 [SOPHOMORE]: Southland All-Academic and All-Tournament selection … tied the NCAA Division I record with 37 HBPs … started all 61 games in which he appeared … slashed .272 / .426 / .466 with seven doubles, three triples and six home runs … scored 48 runs and drove in another 30 … walks (37) and HBPs combined total more than strikeouts (53) … contributed five sac bunts and one sac fly … stole 10 bases in 14 attempts … produced 12 multi-hit games … drove in multiple runs six times … reached base in 26 consecutive games, March 11-April 23 … carries a reached-base streak of 13 games into the 2023 season ... hit .424 (14-33) during the Southland Tournament with 10 RBIs, four walks and five HBPs … member of the Southland Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2021 [FRESHMAN]: Member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll … appeared in 43 games, starting 30 … slashed .292 / .375 / .477 with three doubles, one triple and one home run … scored 26 runs and drove in another 12 … walked (19) more often than he struck out (18) … also was hit by 15 pitches … led the team in on-base percentage … swiped six bags in seven attempts … contributed three sac bunts … turned in six multi-hit performances and drove in multiple runs twice … reached base in nine consecutive games (May 8-21) … produced a season-high hitting streak of five games (May 14-21) and carries a separate four-game hitting streak into the 2022 season ... selected to the Southland’s All-Tournament squad after hitting .500 (6-for-12) with a double, home run, three RBIs and a pair of runs scored in four games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball for coach Jesse Cassard and football coach Brett Beard at Live Oak HS in Watson, Louisiana ... Perfect Game Top 500 player (No. 7-ranked shortstop and No. 29 overall player in Louisiana) ... earned All-Academic and All-District honors in both sports ... football team captain as a senior, passing for more than 1,000 yards as the starting quarterback ... was hitting .520 with nine doubles and 19 RBI as a baseball senior when the season was cut short by the Covid-19 pandemic.
