2023 [SOPHOMORE]: Appeared in 13 games, starting 11 of them … compiled a 6-1 won-loss record and a 3.25 ERA in 52.2 innings pitched … tossed one complete game, shutting out Delgado (4/30) … allowed 51 hits, holding opponents to a .242 batting average against … walked 22 and struck out 64 batters … earned wins against North Lake (1/27), Monroe College (2/10), Mississippi Delta (2/24), Delgado (4/8 and 4/30) and Tyler JC (4/23) … tossed a season-high seven innings in back-to-back starts against Tyler (4/23) and Delgado (4/30) … recorded a season-high nine strikeouts against Monroe College (2/10), Tyler JC (4/23) and Delgado (4/30) … suffered the loss in his final appearance of the season (5/19) at East Central.
2022 [FRESHMAN]: Appeared in 15 games, starting 14 of them … compiled an 11-1 won-loss record and a 2.69 ERA in 73.2 innings pitched … tossed a pair of complete games, including one shutout … allowed 64 hits, holding opponents to a .233 batting average against … walked 31 and struck out 83 batters … earned wins in each of his first eight collegiate appearances, eventually winning nine consecutive to begin his career … picked up wins against LSU Alexandria (1/27), National Park (2/6), Monroe College (2/12), Kellogg CC (2/19), Jefferson College (2/27), Murray State (3/5), Wharton County (3/15), Baton Rouge CC (3/20), Delgado (4/9), Tyler JC (4/24), and East Mississippi (5/17) … fanned a career-high 10 batters in just 4.2 innings pitched en route to earning the win against Jefferson College … tossed a complete game against BRCC (3/20) and shutout East Mississippi in his final outing of the season … earned All-Louisiana (honorable mention) from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association.

PERSONAL: Born in Natchitoches, Louisiana … son of Marti and Mike Vienne Sr. … youngest of four children … father played collegiate baseball at fellow Southland Conference institution Northwestern State and was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1978 … enjoys hunting, cooking and spending time with family … majoring in general studies at Southeastern.
