2020 [COVID-19]: Appeared in six games, all in relief ... did not earn a decision while compiling a 2.86 ERA ... surrendered eight hits and four walks in 6.1 innings pitched, striking out six ... also hit two batters ... held opponents to a .308 batting average ... turned in scoreless outings against Louisiana Tech (2/15), ULM (2/25), No. 20-ranked LSU (3/3) and Central Arkansas (3/7) ... struck out a season-high three batters in 1.1 innings of work at Central Arkansas.

2019 [REDSHIRT JUNIOR]: Appeared in three games, all in relief … did not receive a decision, compiling a 7.71 ERA in 2.1 innings pitched … struck out one and did not walk a batter … allowed four hits as opponents hit .400 off the right-hander … made his season debut at Mississippi State (Feb. 22), allowing two runs in one inning of work … tossed 0.1 innings against Alcorn (March 20), striking out a batter … worked a scoreless inning against Abilene Christian (March 22) … member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO SLU: Appeared in 15 games as a redshirt sophomore at Hinds CC in 2018 ... started six as he worked his way back from an injury … averaged 11.12 K/9 with 35 strikeouts in 28.1 innings pitched ... did not see any game action as a redshirt freshman in 2017 ... pitched in eight games as a freshman at Mississippi State in 2016 before going down with an injury … tossed 7.2 innings, striking out six batters and earning a save against Vanderbilt.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2015 Louisville Slugger All-American after going 12-0 with 112 strikeouts and a 1.38 ERA in 76 innings as a senior … also hit .322 with a .444 on-base percentage in his final prep campaign … 2013, 2014 and 2015 Perfect Game All-American … 2015 Jackson (Miss.) Clarion-Ledger All-State selection … won three-straight state championships (2013-15) along with fellow Bulldog teammate Jake Mangum … 2013 Louisville Slugger All-American … 2013 and 2014 Jackson Prep Pitcher of the Year … 2013 and 2014 MAIS Pitcher of the Year and all-state pitcher … 2014 MAIS AAA state champions … went 11-1 as a junior with a 1.21 ERA in 75 1/3 innings, striking out 101 and walking 16 … finished 11-0 as a sophomore with a 2.46 ERA and 75 strikeouts in 68 1/3 stanzas … fanned 30 batters in 37 1/3 frames as a freshman.
