2016 Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll

2015 (Freshman): Appeared in 16 games, starting 10 behind the dish … hit .222 with a pair of doubles, one home run and six RBIs … hit .429 (3-for-7) leading off an inning and .667 (2-for-3) with a runner at third base and less than two outs … picked up three RBIs in a non-conference game against Houston Baptist (2/21) at the UTA Hilton Invitational, knocking a 3-run blast to left field in the seventh inning for the first home run of his career … turned in the first multi-hit performance of his career against Northwestern (2/27) going 3-for-5 at the plate.

High School: Prepped at Slidell's Northshore High School where he earned four letters in baseball ... a Perfect Game Top-500 player, Top-100 catcher nationally and a Top-5 catcher in the state ... honorable mention Perfect Game All-American.

Personal: Born in Slidell, Louisiana … son of Joe and Dawn Cuccia … has a younger brother and sister, Vincent and Andrea … majoring in kinesiology.
