Junior College: Joined the Lions after spending 2006-07 at Okaloosa Walton Community College in Niceville, Fla. ... Hit .271 with two home runs, 28 RBI and 1 steal as the starting second baseman for the 2007 Raiders ... Notched his two home runs in back-to-back games, picking up his first against Faulkner State CC on Feb. 7 and launching his second on Feb. 9 vs. Cleveland State CC ... Went 3-for-4 with a double, 4 RBI and a run scored against Kankakee CC on March 6.

Played shortstop for coach Mark Carrol at Denham Springs High School ... Earned All-District and All-State Honors while with the Yellow Jackets.
