2023 [JUNIOR]: Battled injuries to appear in 38 games during his first season as a Lion, starting all of them … slashed .271 / .347 / .345 with eight doubles and one home run … scored 18 runs and drove in another 31 … ranked third on the squad in RBIs … contributed three sacrifice flies … stole two bases in three attempts … hit his only home run, a grand slam, against Northwestern State (May 19) to help power the Lions to a 7-5 comeback victory during the season’s final weekend … also drove in four runs against Jackson State (Feb. 21) … produced 12 multi-hit games, including a season-high three hits in wins at Jackson State and No. 11-ranked Auburn … member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO SLU: Transfer from Wallace CC-Dothan. Previously played for UAB. Played summer ball for the West Virginia Miners of the Prospect League.

SOPHOMORE [2022]: Played for former major-league catcher Mackey Sasser at Wallace CC-Dothan in Dothan, Alabama … earned NJCAA All-America honors … named Alabama Community College Conference Player of the Year … slashed .441 / .466 / .718 with 26 doubles, one triple, eight home runs and 65 RBIs … scored 51 runs … enjoyed 28 multi-hit games, including a pair of 4-hit performances during the final month of the season … drove in multiple runs in 18 games, including a season high five against Coast Alabama-East (April 9).

FRESHMAN [2021]: Played one season at UAB … appeared in 20 games, starting nine … slashed .243 / .270 / .286 with one double and seven RBIs … scored four runs … picked up his first career double at No. 17-ranked Louisiana Tech on April 2 … drove in a pair of runs versus Kennesaw State on March 7 and Middle Tennessee on March 26.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball for former major-league pitcher Les Lancaster at Headland HS in Headland, Alabama … Top 500 player nationally and the No. 5-ranked catcher in Alabama by Perfect Game … earned All-State honors three times … participated in the Alabama North-South All Star Game in Montgomery, Ala. in June 2019 … posted a notable .490 average at the plate during his junior season with 11 doubles and 29 RBIs.

PERSONAL: Born in Atlanta, Georgia … son of Erica and Larry Killingsworth … enjoys hunting and fishing … planning to major in business administration at Southeastern.
