HIGH SCHOOL – Played baseball at Covington HS … earned All-State, All-Region, All-Parish and All-District honors as a senior … District MVP and MVP of the LHSAA All-Star game … slashed .429 / .631 / .600 with 12 doubles, one triple, one home run and 25 RBIs … also earned All-District honors as both a sophomore and junior.
