2018 [JUNIOR]: Started all 59 games … produced a .230 / .282 / .321 slash line of batting average / slugging percentage / on-base percentage … 49-for-213 at the plate with eight doubles and one home run … scored 31 runs and drove in another 26 … drew 23 walks, hit by seven pitches and struck out 30 times … tied for the team lead with nine sac bunts … second on the team with three sac flies … stole 16 bases in 23 attempts, ranking third on a team that finished third nationally with a program-record 136 steals … produced 10 multi-hit games, including a 4-for-4 day at the plate against SIU-Edwardsville (Feb. 17) … drove in multiple runs five times, including three against Alcorn State (April 3) … helped turn a triple play against Alcorn State ... member of the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2017 [SOPHOMORE]: Started all 59 games … hit .209 with eight doubles, one triple and one home run … scored 29 runs and drive in 22 … stole nine bases (15 attempts) … drew 27 walks, six HBP and struck out 38 times … recorded a .270 slugging percentage and a .310 on-base percentage … led the team with seven sac bunts … produced seven multi-hit performances, including 3-hit games at Rice and A&M-Corpus Christi … drove in multiple runs on four occasions … strung together a 9-game hitting streak (May 6-24) and 21-game reached-base streak (April 15 – May 25).

2016 [FRESHMAN]: Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American and Southland Conference Freshman of the Year … started 58 games … hit .293 with seven doubles, one triple and one home run … scored a conference-leading 59 runs and drove in another 26 … led the team with 20 stolen bases … compiled a .414 on-base percentage with 39 walks and seven HBPs … second on the team in hits (65) and walks … third in batting average, total bases, sac bunts and on-base percentage … turned in 16 multi-hit and five multi-RBI performances … reached base in 12-straight games (May 13-June 5) … hit .396 (40-for-101) with runners on, .437 (31-for-71) leading off an inning, an .733 (11-for-15) with a runner at third and less than two outs … scored a season-high four runs in the Lions’ 14-8 win over rival Nicholls (April 2) … stole a season-high three bases as Southeastern defeated rival Northwestern State (April 9), 8-5 … earned All-Conference honors … named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in baseball at Destrehan HS … hit .410 with six doubles, one triple, one home run, 19 RBIs and stole 20 bases as a senior … team captain was named the District 7-5A Player of the Year … earned All-State, All-Metro and All-District honors.

PERSONAL: Born Brennan Michael Breaud in New Orleans, Louisiana … son of Brandon Breaud and Michelle Curlee … has a younger brother, Colton … both parents attended Southeastern and father played baseball for the Lions … enjoys wakeboarding, playing golf and watching Netflix … majoring in general studies.
