This ticket is a revocable license. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket at a higher price than authorized by La. R.S. 4:1 §1 may be grounds for seizure and cancellation of this ticket. Tickets obtained from sources other than the University, or its designated agents, will not be honored if lost or stolen. The SLU Athletic Department (SLU) reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly without the refund of any portion of the ticket price. Any person entering the stadium is subject to search for items prohibited by the rules and regulations of SLU. User assumes all risks of injury or death and assumes all risks and dangers arising from or relating to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to covid-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against SLU, and employees relating to such risks. User further agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless SLU from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to illness or death while attending an event at SLU. The user grants SLU, transferable, perpetual right and license to use his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, or other media of the Event.
