Get ready, Hammond America—on Saturday, September 27, we’re painting Strawberry Stadium GOLD as the Lions host UTRGV in their first-ever showdown on the gridiron!

That’s right. The Vaqueros ride into town for a historic clash, but they’ll be met by a sea of gold and the roar of Lion Nation on Solid Gold Saturday!

Senior Day + River Bell Classic = One Epic Night in Strawberry Stadium! 

It all comes down to this—Senior Day and the River Bell Classic collide for one unforgettable night under the lights!

Join us on Thursday at Strawberry Stadium as we honor our Senior Lions for their dedication, heart, and legacy. These student-athletes have left it all on the field, and now it’s time to give them the send-off they deserve.

But the celebration doesn’t stop there…

The River Bell Classic is on the line as Southeastern battles our biggest rival in a tradition-rich, high-stakes showdown. Pride, history, and bragging rights are all up for grabs—and you won’t want to miss a second.
