2009:
Named first team All-Southland Conference and All-Louisiana after finishing as the second-highest scorer on the team and starting all 20 matches … Led the Southland Conference with 10 assists, while also ranking among the league leaders in shots (48, 8th), points (28, 3rd), points per game (1.40, 4th), goals (9, 3rd), goals per game (0.45, 6th) and game-winning goals (3, 3rd) … Also topped the Southland and ranked 17th nationally with 0.5 assists per game … Single-season totals for assists (2nd), goals (10th) and points (8th) were ranked among the best in program history … Was named to the Southland Conference All-Tournament team for the second time after helping the Lady Lions to the tournament title … In the championship match, drilled a long shot in to the net, breaking a scoreless tie on the way to a 2-0 win over Texas State … Earned Southland Conference Player of the Week accolades after posting consecutive two-goal, three-assist performances in wins over Alcorn State and Alabama State … Her seven points in each of those matches are tied for the third-highest single-match point totals in school history … Had a goal and an assist in wins over Southern and Nicholls … Also scored goals versus Grambling and Central Arkansas … Credited with an assists in victories over Louisiana-Lafayette and Sam Houston State … Heads into senior season ranked among the career leaders in points (56, 7th), goals (18, 9th) and assists (20, 2nd).

2008:
Established herself as one of the Southland Conference’s top central midfielders, starting all 19 matches for the Lady Lions … A second team All-Southland Conference and honorable mention All-Louisiana choice … Tied for the team and SLC lead with eight assists … Finished second on the team with 16 points … Scored four goals on the year … Led the team and was eighth in the SLC with 45 shots … Assist total was tied for the fourth-highest single-season performance in program history … Scored the game-winning goal in overtime in a 2-1 victory at Lamar … Also scored goals in wins over Southern, UTSA and Nicholls State … Assisted the game-winning assists in 2-1 win over UTSA and 1-0 win over Central Arkansas … Had two assists apiece against Southern and Prairie View … Also posted assists at Arkansas State and Alabama State … Top returning scored for Lady Lions, who finished 10th in the nation in scoring in 2008.

2007: Worked her way into the starting lineup midway through the season, competing in 10 matches with eight starts … Emerged as one of the team’s top players late in the year, finishing third on the team with five goals and 12 points … Ranked ninth in the Southland Conference with two game-winning goals … Broke out with a two-goal, two assist performance in a 7-0 rout of Lamar … Two days later, she scored the match’s only goal in a 1-0 win over SLC regular season champion McNeese State … She was named Offensive Player of the Week by the SLC and the LSWA after her efforts versus the Lady Cardinals and Cowgirls … Earned SLC All-Tournament honors after scoring both of Southeastern’s goals in its 2-0 first-round win over tourney host Northwestern State.

High School: Three-sport star at Cypress High School, excelling at soccer, volleyball and track … Named Empire League Defensive Player of the Year as a senior, while also earning team MVP and Defensive Player of the Year honors … Played for the Cypress Elite club team.

Personal: The youngest of Abel and Linda Santana’s four children … Has two older sisters, Elenda and Alisha, as well as an older brother, Abel … A general studies major.
