Appeared in 11 games, starting 10 contests … Fourth on the team with 30 receptions, finishing with 373 yards and two touchdowns … Led the team with 391 kickoff return yards on 20 attempts … Return total was the ninth-highest in school history … Rushed eight times for 53 yards … Caught at least two passes in all but one game, including the last nine … Recorded six catches for 90 yards and two touchdowns in season finale versus Nicholls … Scored two-point conversion during Lions’ 24-point fourth quarter comeback in 51-50 overtime win at Texas State … Ripped off season-long 38-yard kick return versus Nicholls … Had 77 receiving yards – including a season-long 57 yard catch – at Ole Miss … Credited with four receptions for 56 yards versus Stephen F. Austin … Enters senior season ranked among the school’s career leaders in receptions (82, 10th), all purpose yards (2,416, 9th), kick returns (56, 4th) and kick return yards (1,167, 4th).

2008: Started 11 of 12 games and developed into one of the team’s top receivers … Fourth on the team with 41 catches for 482 yards … Had six touchdown catches, tying for second on the team and the sixth-highest single-season total in school history … Was also a threat as a returner, returning 18 kickoffs for 379 yards (21.0 average) and bringing back 11 punts for 96 yards (8.8 average) … Also carried the ball 12 times for 54 yards … Second on the team with 1,011 all-purpose yards … Named Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week after amassing 225 all purpose yards at Louisiana Tech … Caught seven passes for 135 yards and a touchdown while also returning five kicks for 87 yards versus the in-state FBS foe … Had five catches for 51 yards and a career-high two touchdowns versus McNeese State … Also caught touchdowns versus Alcorn State, North Dakota and Northwestern State … Had at least one catch in 11 of 12 games, including each of the last 10 … Season long rush of 27 yards came versus Texas State … Carried three times for 22 yards at Sam Houston State … Had a season-long 59-yard kickoff return versus South Dakota … 25-yard punt return at Stephen F. Austin … Heads into junior campaign ranked fifth in school history with 776 kickoff return yards.

2007: Saw action in 10 games, primarily as a kick returner … Averaged 22 yards per kick return, finishing the season with 18 kickoff returns for 397 yards … His kickoff return yardage total is the fifth highest in school history … Helped Southeastern rank second nationally in punt return average, averaging 16.3 yards on four returns … Caught 11 passes for 67 yards and also had six carries for 65 yards … Highlight of freshman season came versus Kentucky Wesleyan, as he put the exclamation point on a 79-7 Southeastern win with a 67-yard punt return for a touchdown … Ripped off a 40-yard run on a reverse versus Central Arkansas … Season-long 37-yard kickoff return came at Northwestern State … Made two catches at McNeese State, at Texas State and versus Nicholls State … Also recorded receptions versus Kentucky Wesleyan, Tulane, Stephen F. Austin, Central Arkansas and Sam Houston State.

High School: A two-time honorable mention Class 1A All-State selection at Kentwood High School, helping the Roos to four Class 1A state playoff appearances…helped Roos post 11-2 record and a berth in the state semifinals as a senior…scored 16 touchdowns as a senior … caught 18 passes for 494 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior…honorable mention All-State in track where he excelled in the 100-meters, the 4x100- and 4x200-meter relay teams.
