Biography

2008 (Junior):  Led the team by hitting at a .237 clip (170-68-430) ...  Averaged 1.91 kills/set over 89 sets ... Started 23 matches and appeared in 26 of 28 matches in her first season as a Lady Lion ... Also the team's top returning blocker after recording 62 total blocks (seven solo, 55 assists) ... Twice posted a season-high .600 hitting percentage, against UL-Monroe on Sept. 16 and against UL-Lafayette on Sept. 23 ... Posted ten or more kills four different times, including a career-high 12 on three different occasions ... Notched a season-best 7.0 total blocks against Centenary on Sept. 30 and against Northwestern State on Oct. 3.

Prior to Southeastern -

2006-07 (at Panola College):  Earned Second Team All-Texas JUCO Conference and Second team all-region honors in her freshman season at Panola College ... Was a member of three regular season all-tournament teams in a breakthrough freshman season ... Garnered First-Team All-TJCC and first team all-region honors as a sophomore.

High School:  Helped Katy High School to a regional semifinal appearance in her senior season ... Named second-team all-district as a junior and claimed first-team honors in her senior season.
