2019 [FRESHMAN]: Redshirted

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time state champion at Central HS … winning pitcher in 2017 championship game … compiled a 9-2 record with a 1.85 ERA and 86 strikeouts as a senior … also hit .358 with 32 RBI and 32 runs scored … earned multiple All-Metro and All-District honors … All-Metro MVP in 2018 as a senior and selected to the LHSAA All-Star game … honorable mention All-State outfielder as a junior.
 
PERSONAL: Born Brant Vincent Husser … son of Brett and Nicole Husser … has a pair of younger siblings, Landon and Aubrey … mother, father, grandmother and uncle are all Southeastern alums … grandfather Ronnie Husser played collegiate baseball at ULM … majoring in occupational safety, health and environment.
