2016: Played in eight games … Finished with 18 tackles (13 solo) and two interceptions … Intercepted a pass and returned it 37 yards in 44-42 victory at Nicholls … Also recorded an interception in a 37-3 win over Houston Baptist … Recorded a season-high five tackles in 34-24 triumph over Northwestern State … Also made four stops versus Central Arkansas.
 
2015: Played in all 11 games as a key special teams performer and reserve linebacker … Finished the season with eight tackles (six solo) … Named Southland Conference and Louisiana Defensive Player of the Week after performance in 28-17 win at Florida Tech … Finished with two interceptions – including one returned for a touchdown – and six tackles in the victory over the Panthers … Also made tackles at Northwestern State and McNeese State.

Prior to Southeastern: Spent his freshman season at Laney College … Finished with 40 tackles, one interception, one fumble return for a touchdown and a sack … Standout running back and linebacker for Castro Valley High School … Also was a wing on the basketball team.
