2015 (Junior): Compiled a 3-5 win-loss record and 3.33 ERA in 13 appearances, earning nine starts … walked 14 and struck out 35 batters in 48.2 innings pitched … tossed a scoreless relief inning against Louisiana Tech (2/14) in his Lion debut … struck out nine batters, walking none in five innings of work to earn win against Southern (3/4) … worked six innings both times to earn a pair of wins against South Alabama (3/11 and 4/7).

Sophomore (2014): All-Conference and All-Region selection at Heartland (Ill.) Community College … posted a 7-2 won-loss record and a 2.05 ERA in 57.1 innings pitched as a sophomore … tossed four complete games, including a pair of shutouts, striking out 55 and walking just 12 batters.

Freshman (2013): Compiled an ERA of 3.60 in 59 innings at Benedictine University as a redshirt freshman … led team with 6-1 record … tossed one complete game … fanned 45 batters, walking just 15 … team advanced to regionals.

High School: Earned pair of varsity letters at Plainfield North HS … All-Conference selection after having 2.50 ERA and 8-0 winning record as a senior, fanning 59 batters in 55 innings pitched.

Personal: Born in Itasca, Illinois … son of Robert and Beth Cashman … brother to Sam and the late Jake Cashman … brother (Sam) played baseball at Aurora University … enjoys hockey, video games, and hanging out with friends … majoring in kinesiology.
