2014 (Junior): Started all 50 games in which he appeared … missed close to a month with an injury (2/19-3/12) … hit .296 with 12 doubles, four home runs and 28 RBIs … scored 42 runs, second most on the team … drew 20 walks and hit by a pitch eight times for a .380 on-base percentage … swiped eight bags in 11 attempts … second in home runs … third in doubles and sac flies (four) … tied Daniel Midyett for fourth highest batting average on the team … fifth in hits and OBP … recorded 17 games with multiple hits and six games with multiple RBIs … tied a school single-game record with five runs scored in the Lions' 20-4 win over Alcorn State (4/2), going 3-for-5 at the plate and also driving in a pair of runs … was 3-for-4 with a career-high four RBIs and a pair of runs scored at No. 2-ranked Louisiana-Lafayette (4/30), the RBIs coming on a seventh-inning grand slam … reached base 44.4 percent (20-of-45) of the time leading off an inning … drove in 10 with two outs … threw out 31 percent of runners attempting to steal (8-of-26) …named to the All-Regional team after collecting pair of hits in all three of the Lions' games in Baton Rouge, Louisiana … ended the season on a 10-game hitting streak and with a reached-base streak of 16 games.

2013 (Sophomore): Started 56 of the 57 games in which he appeared … recorded a .239 batting average, scoring 32 runs and driving in another 24 … compiled a 17-game hitting streak (3/1-3/28) … posted seven multi-hit games, including a three-hit effort against Tulane (3/12) … had six multi-RBI games … homered in the season opener … started 45 of the Lions' 60 games behind the plate … threw out 38 percent (13-of-34) would-be base stealers and picked off three runners.

2012 (Freshman): Hit .207 with two doubles and two RBIs … started 14 games … had multi-hit games against Mississippi State (3/14), Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (3/16), Jackson State (4/18) and Northwestern State (4/28) … hit pair of doubles against Jackson State (4/18) … drove in a pair of runs at Northwestern State (4/28).

High School: Earned four letters in baseball at Plano West High School … won the 5A State Championship as a freshman … hit .378 as a junior with 33 RBI and .327 as a senior with 18 RBI.
