2013 (Junior): Appeared in 18 games, third-most on the Lion staff … worked 15 innings, fanning 13 batters … turned in eight-consecutive scoreless outings (4/9-5/23) … tossed multiple innings against Ole Miss (3/5), Tulane (3/13) and twice against Lamar (4/5, 5/24) … fanned five batters in three scoreless innings against the Green Wave.

2012 (Sophomore): Compiled a 2-0 record with a 2.20 ERA in 16 appearances, all in relief … limited opponents to a .241 average … struck out seven batters in 16.1 innings of work … turned in 13 scoreless relief appearances, including a two-inning stint at LSU … earned wins at Northwestern State (4/29) and against McNeese State (5/19).

2011 (Redshirt Freshman): Compiled a 1-0 record for the season with one save and a 2.76 earned run average … appeared in 16 games, starting three … struck out 24 and only walked six in 32.2 innings pitched … limited left-handed hitters to a .200 batting average … second on the Lions’ staff in BB/9 (1.65) and third in K/BB ratio (4.0)  … worked a season-high five innings against Sacred Heart (March 7) in first career start … tossed 4.1 scoreless innings in relief at Tulane (March 15) … tossed another four scoreless innings out of the bullpen against Southern (April 12) … recorded scoreless outings against Florida International, Tulane (twice), South Alabama (twice), UNO, Lamar, Southern and Stephen F. Austin.

2010 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

High School: Went 1-0 with a 1.40 earned run average as a senior at Fontainebleau High School … as a junior, posted a 3-4 record with a 3.53 ERA for the Bulldogs, fanning 40 batters in 33.2 innings pitched … made 10 appearances on the mound for FHS with six starts and two complete games … helped the Bulldogs to a 17-8 record as a junior.

Personal: Born in New Orleans, La. … the son of Tom and Michelle Pittari … has one brother, Tommy, and two sisters, Samantha and Haley … majoring in Marketing.
