2013-14 (Junior): Played in all 30 games, starting eight … averaged 19.9 minutes, 8.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocked shots per contest … second on the team in blocked shots (34) … recorded the third-most rebounds (137) on the squad … led the team in scoring five times, including tying a career high with 18 points at UT Martin … also led the Lion offense against LSU (11/22), North Texas (11/30), Nicholls (2/15) and Sam Houston State (3/6) … team's leading rebounder in six contests, including three straight (2/8-15) … hauled in a career-best 11 rebounds against McNeese State … blocked multiple shots against Western Illinois (2), McNeese (2), Incarnate Word (2), Lamar (4), Houston Baptist (2), Sam Houston State (2), Lamar (3) and Nicholls (2).

2012-13 (Sophomore): Played in 24 games, earning a pair of starts … averaged 6.2 points and 2.6 rebounds as a sophomore … led the team in field goal percentage (52.3) and three-point shooting percentage (61.3) … scored a career-high 18 points coming off the bench at Northwestern State to lead the team in scoring … scored 12 points in just six minutes of action at McNeese State with a perfect 3-of-3 effort from three-point range … only two starts of the season came in the conference tournament, scoring double-digits in both contests … grabbed the most Lion rebounds in each of the team's two Southland Tournament games … blocked shots against Florida, Louisiana Tech, Marquette, Northwestern State, Sam Houston State, Winthrop(3) and Wisconsin (2).  

2011-12 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in 23 games as a redshirt freshman with six starts ... posted season-highs in points (11), rebounds (5) and minutes played (20) in an overtime victory over Southern ... scored eight points in 10 minutes of action against Champion Baptist ... scored seven points in six minutes of work against Lamar.

2010-11 (Freshman): Sat out the season as a redshirt … will have four years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2011-12.

High School: Helped Westover High to a pair of regional championships and two appearances in the Georgia Final Four … averaged 16 points and seven rebounds as a senior, where he helped the Patriots to a 24-5 record for coach Dallas Smith … helped the Patriots to the Class AAA state runner-up as a junior and semifinal berth as a senior … named First-Team All Region 1-AAA and First Team All-Area … an honorable mention All-State selection by the Atlanta Journal Constitution … rated the No. 10 small forward in the state of Georgia by ESPN.com … a Super 6 preseason selection by the Albany Herald … won the Deep South All-Star High School Basketball Classic's All-Star dunk contest as a senior … as a junior, averaged 10.0 points and helped Westover to a 27-8 record and the Class AAA state runner-up … gained additional experience at the AAU level, earning MVP honors for the South Georgia Bearcats … also lettered in football.

Personal: Born July 24, 1992 in Stillwater, Okla. … the son of Dr. Charles and Chinelo Ochie … named is pronounced o-KNOW-chee o-CHEE … one of four children … parents are from Nigeria and are college professors … chose Southeastern over South Carolina State, Campbell, South Carolina Upstate, Alabama State and Valdosta State … chose Southeastern because “it’s a great family atmosphere and has a great coaching staff” … lists his parents and church family as his biggest influence … favorite NBA player growing up was Dominique Wilkins … lists the Miami Heat as his favorite NBA team and the Atlanta Falcons as his favorite non-NBA team … lists “anything with barbeque sauce” as his favorite food … lists the Bible as his favorite book … majoring in Organizational Communications.
