2012 (Senior)
Finished fifth in the women’s 400-meter dash (55.40 seconds) at the 2012 Southland Outdoor Track & Field Championships, turning in the second-fastest time in school history.

2011 (Junior)
Joined the volleyball team after competing for the Southeastern track and field team … competed in the 400-meter run and was a member on the Lady Lions’ 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth overall at the 2011 Southland Conference Indoor Championships … appeared in 27 matches (76 sets) while starting 14 times … finished third in blocks per set (0.53) ... fifth in total blocks (40) and kills per set (1.13).

JUNIOR COLLEGE
A four-time All-American in track at New Mexico Junior College … ran the second leg in the Thunderbirds’ school-record setting 4x800-meter and distance medley relay teams.

PREP
Lettered in basketball and track at Tulsa’s East Central High School … earned three state titles in the girls’ 400-meter dash … helped the Fighting Cardinals to a pair of Class 5A state titles (2006 and 2007) in basketball.

PERSONAL
Born Tamra Ra’chelle Grayson in Tulsa … the daughter of Tracey Guess and Aleshia Sells … has three sisters … enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping … a General Studies major.
