HAMMOND, La. – Southeastern Louisiana University linebacker

Dkhai Joseph represented the Lion football team on the Stats Perform FCS Preseason All-America Team, which was announced Monday.
Dalmado, a newcomer from Mandeville, La., was a first team selection, while Joseph, who hails from Reserve, La., was named as a third team choice. Southeastern has produced at least one All-American every season since 2012.

Dalmado and Joseph were joined by the SFA quartet of offensive lineman Erick Gray, punt returner Bugs Mortimer, linebacker Eli Ennis and linebacker Malachi Williams, as well as Lamar defensive lineman Andrew Huff, UIW wide receiver Roy Alexander and McNeese long snapper Pierson Parent.
