FRISCO, Texas – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's basketball team was honored by the Southland Conference Friday, when the league office announced its All-Academic Teams for the 2025-26 season.
After her freshman season with Southeastern,
Mia Ramos was placed on the SLC All-Academic Team. The biological sciences major earned a 3.97 cumulative grade point average. Ramos finished her freshman season averaging 8.2 points per game, ranking third on the team in total points, and playing all of SLU's 29 games during the 2025-26 season.
Eryn McKinzie also made the Southland's All-Academic Team. The business administration major closed the academic year with a 3.72 cumulative GPA. In her first year at SLU, the sophomore averaged 9.9 points per contest with a team-leading five rebounds per game.
In her redshirt freshman season with SLU,
Natalie Huff was named All-Academic. After earning a 3.55 GPA in the classroom, the kinesiology major led the team on the defensive end of the court with 49 steals. Huff's 1.8 steals per game ranked ninth among all Southland student-athletes.
Seniors
Taylor Wilkins and
Erynn Williams also notched spots on the All-Academic Team for SLU. The health sciences major Wilkins ended her 2025-26 academic year with a 3.53 GPA, while the strategic communications graduate Williams recorded a 3.5 GPA. In their lone seasons with the Lions, Wilkins posted a season-high 15 points in a win for SLU, with Williams being a force on the defensive side of the floor.
