HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's basketball team game versus HCU to kickoff week five of conference play has been rescheduled to Jan. 27, as announced by the conference office Tuesday evening.
 
The contest against the Huskies was originally scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23, but was moved back four days due to the winter storm conditions in Southeast Texas and Louisiana.
 
The game against Houston Christian will tip off at 5:30 p.m. with the men's game pitting the Lions and the Huskies following at 7:30 p.m. or thirty minutes after the completion of the women's contest.
 
Both games will be televised on ESPN+ and can be heard on 90.9 FM The Lion. The doubleheader game against UIW will remain as scheduled Saturday, Jan. 25. The Lady Lions will tipoff at 1 p.m. followed by the men's game at 3:30 p.m. Saturday's game will also be streamed on ESPN+.
