HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's soccer team released its 2024 soccer schedule Thursday afternoon.
 
Southeastern finished the 2023 season 6-10-2 overall and 4-5-1 in Southland conference play.
 
The Lady Lions kick off their season with a home opener against Grambling State University Friday, August 16 at 7 p.m. Southeastern will remain at home to take on South Alabama (Aug. 25) before closing out the remainder of the non-conference schedule on the road against Jackson State (Aug. 20), Miami (Sept. 5), FIU (Sept. 7) and Tarleton State (Sept. 19).
 
SLU will begin conference play against McNeese at home Sunday, September 22 at 6 p.m. before embarking on a two-game road stretch against UIW (Sept. 27) and Texas A&M-Commerce (Sept. 29). The Lady Lions will return to Strawberry Stadium to take on the reigning SLC champion Lamar (Oct. 4) and Northwestern State (Oct. 6).
 
Southeastern will close out the second half of league play against new conference member Stephen F. Austin (Oct. 11), Nicholls (Oct. 13), HCU (Oct. 20), UTRGV (Oct. 25) and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Oct. 27).
 
The 2024 Southland Conference Soccer Tournament will be held on Nov. 5-10 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
