HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's soccer team will return to action Saturday when it travels to face Ole Miss in a 6 p.m. match.
The game between Southeastern (1-1-0) and Ole Miss (1-1-0) will be televised on SEC Network+. Live stats can be accessed on the women's soccer schedule page at

Southeastern went 1-1 on the opening weekend of the season. Friday, SLU opened with a 2-0 win over UTRGV, before falling, 5-2, at Houston Sunday.
Kelsey Fuller led SLU in the first two games and was named Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week after scoring two goals.
Mya Guillory and
Emma Jones each scored for the Lady Lions as well during the opening weekend.
Olivia Griffin has handled the majority of the work in goal for Southeastern and enters Saturday's match with a 1.75 goals against average.
Ole Miss also split its first two matches last weekend. Kelly Brady and Evie Ewing each scored a goal for the Rebels. Shu Ohba is the Ole Miss goalkeeper and has a 0.50 goals against average heading into Saturday's match.
Following Saturday's match, Southeastern will remain on the road. The Lady Lions will travel to Southern for a 7 p.m. match Sept. 1.
