HAMMOND, La. – After scoring a pair of goals on the opening weekend, Southeastern Louisiana University senior midfielder
Kelsey Fuller was named the Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week in an announcement from the league office Tuesday.
The Alexander, New York native opened the season with a goal late in the first half of Friday's 2-0 win at UT Rio Grande Valley. Sunday at Houston, she headed in a

st minute of a 5-2 loss.
Fuller was one of three Southland Conference players to score two goals during the season's opening weekend. Fuller received her first weekly award in her second season in Hammond after scoring three goals last fall in her debut campaign with the Lady Lions.
Fuller and Southeastern will continue its season-opening road swing Saturday with a 6 p.m. contest at Ole Miss. The game will be televised on SEC Network+.
