Gordon Tabbed to United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region Team

SLU Senior Adds Another Accolade to 2020 Resume

HAMMOND, La. – Megan Gordon was named to the 2020 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region first team for the Southeastern Louisiana women's soccer team, the USC announced Friday.
 
Gordon, a senior, adds to an impressive list of accolades for the 2020 season that includes first team All-Southland, first team Academic All-Southland, Southland All-Tournament team and United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region third team.
 
The Clophill, England native boasts a 3.87 GPA majoring in Kinesiology. The senior started at midfield in all 15 games for the Southland Conference Tournament Champion Lady Lions (8-3-4).
 
Gordon played 1450 of the team's 1462 minutes played this season as she helped the Lady Lions to their first conference tournament title since 2015.
