QUOTES
Southeastern head coach Chris McBride:
"It was a battle again. Playing a game on Friday and again on Sunday is tough, especially with this being the second time we've played a team on Sunday who didn't play on Friday. They had a week off and we didn't so the game was all about grit and determination and we did that. They put some pressure on us in the second half. They had shots but most of the shots were from distance and nothing really troubled the keeper at all. It was a good performance and we grinded out a win. We're happy to finish the weekend with a win."
On the defensive effort:
"We're taking away key forward passes from them and making them shoot from distance where we can handle them pretty easily. Defensively, we're doing pretty good front to back. The whole team is defending pretty well right now."
