HOUSTON, Texas – The Southeastern Louisiana volleyball squad swept a pair of matches Friday from Alabama A&M, 25-18, 25-17, 25-15, and Prairie View A&M, 25-8, 25-22, 25-23, at the University of Houston's Flo Hyman Collegiate Cup in the UH Athletics/Alumni Center.
Southeastern (6-6) dominated both matches, including posting a season-high .565 attack percentage in the first set against Prairie View (0-12).
The Lady Lions have won four-consecutive matches after defeating Portland State at the Rebel Classic last weekend and Southern earlier in the week.

GAME ONE – Southeastern 3, Alabama A&M 0Southeastern fought back from an early four-point deficit, 11-7, in the first set, gaining the momentum need to knock off Alabama A&M (1-12).
Sarah Friedman led the Lady Lion offense with eight kills.
Landry Bullock,
Rachael Bunn and
Tiffany Thomas added six kills apiece.
Haley Baker (19 assists) and
Mikayla Shippy (12 assists) split setting duties. Southeastern served up six aces in the three match set with
Shelby Devlin credited for a pair.
Devlin also led the blockers, having a hand in five of the team's nine blocks. Bunn participated in four blocks, including the only solo block of the match.
Monica Ramon, a freshman from San Antonio, Texas, led the Lady Lions with eight digs.
Ashundria McNeal (eight kills), Drea Matthews (seven kills) and Megan Butler (19 assists) paced the Lady Bulldog offense. Lauren Butler led all players with 10 digs.

Sydney Walker (eight kills) and Ana Kiso (19 assists) led the Lady Panther offense. Paige Chuidian picked up a team-high nine digs.
