HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana volleyball team fell in straight sets Thursday at Oral Roberts, 25-11, 25-9, 25-22.

Southeastern (11-19, 4-13 Southland), which struggled offensively in the first two sets, rallied for a tight final set.

Tiffany Thomas led the Lady Lions with six kills and Mikayla Shippy handed out 17 assists. Veronica Turk posted four total blocks while Morgan Todd recorded nine digs.

Luara Rosa led all players with nine kills while Laura Taylor (seven kills) dished out 31 assists for Oral Roberts (21-6, 13-4 Southland). Jovana Poljasevic (eight kills) recorded four total blocks and Bruna Silva posted 13 digs.
