CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Southeastern Louisiana University volleyball team wraps up the travel portion of its regular-season schedule Saturday with a 2 p.m. Southland Conference match at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

Leading the Lady Lion offense is
Courtney Donald. Ranked third in the conference in kills (3.71 per set) and fourth in hitting percentage (.340), the senior middle blocker owns the sixth-best career attack percentage in school history. She also ranks among the best in Southeastern history in kills (7th), attempts (7th), solo blocks (10th), block assists (7th), total blocks (8th) and points (8th).
Veronica Turk (2.31 k/set),
Tamra Grayson (1.69 k/set),
Shelby Devlin (1.56 k/set) and
Becky Bekelja (8.82 assists per set) are the other top offensive weapons for the Lady Lions.

Megan McMillin ranks fifth in the Southland with 4.08 digs per set. Lending a helping hand on defense are Bekelja (2.33 d/set),
Morgan Todd (2.05 d/set),
Taylor Buckner (1.93 d/set), and
Cherish Krohn (1.90 d/set). Donald (84 total blocks) and Devlin (74 tb) are Southeastern's top blockers.
The Lady Lions (10-16, 5-11 Southland), tied with Nicholls State for seventh in the conference, dropped their last match Thursday in straight sets at Sam Houston State. A&M-Corpus Christi (17-9, 9-5 Southland), tied with Stephen F. Austin for fourth, defeated Nicholls last time out in four sets.
AMCC has two players in the Southland top-10 in kills, Brianna Brink (3.11 k/set) and Shannon Hullum (2.90 k/set), while freshman Tyger Holt ranks just ahead of Donald in attack percentage (.349).
Setter Logan Bourque is fourth in the conference with 10.06 assists per set. Libero Micah Nolan ranks just ahead of McMillin in digs (4.42 per set) and Brooke Alverson is fourth in blocks (1.05 per set).
Southeastern returns home Tuesday to face Texas Southern in a non-conference match at 6 p.m. in the University Center.
