HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University volleyball team plays its final non-conference match of the season when it plays host to in-state rival Louisiana-Lafayette on Tuesday at the University Center.

Southeastern (4-12) plays its third match at home this season where the Lady Lions have posted victories over Jackson State and Louisiana-Monroe. The Lady Lions, who open Southland Conference play Thursday at Lamar, look to snap a three-match losing streak after competing in the Houston Baptist Husky Classic last weekend.
Courtney Donald (2.25 kills per set) and
Kinsey Williams (2.20 kills per set) lead Southeastern's offensive attack followed by
Paige Dollison (1.96) and freshman
Elizabeth Ramee (1.87).
Lindsey Young paces the Lady Lions with 6.71 assists per set while ranking ninth in the Southland Conference with 18 service aces.
Defensively,
Megan McMillin is ninth in the league in digs per set (3.46) with
Taylor Buckner (2.42) and Young (2.40) next. Dollison leads Southeastern with 40 blocks while Williams is second with 28.
ULL (7-8) defeated Prairie View in a three-set match to wrap up play at the UT Arlington Hilton Invitational last weekend in Arlington, Texas. The Cajuns opened the two-day tournament with three-set losses to UTA and Texas Tech and have faced Southland Conference opponents Lamar, Texas State and Northwestern State this season.
Lesley Mirarchi leads ULL with 2.54 kills per set followed by Tonice White (2.27) and Blair Claypoole (2.17). Mandi Gavin is leading the Cajuns with 8.68 assists per set while Taylor Meade leads the team with 3.12 digs per set.
