HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University volleyball team makes its second appearance at home this season when it faces in-state rival Louisiana-Monroe on Tuesday at the University Center.

Southeastern (3-9) returns home for the first time since a come-from-behind five-set victory over Jackson State on Aug. 30 before playing its next eight matches on the road. The Lady Lions closed out their roadtrip with a three-set win over Grambling on Saturday in the Louisiana Tech Invitational.
Kinsey Williams (2.31 kills per set) and
Courtney Donald (2.19 kills per set) led Southeastern at the net followed by
Paige Dollison (1.93) and freshman
Elizabeth Ramee (1.76).
Lindsey Young, who is seventh in the Southland Conference in hitting percentage (.278) and tied for ninth in service aces (13), leads the Lady Lions with 6.51 assists per set while
Megan McMillin is averaging 3.37 digs per set – ninth in the league.
ULM (4-2) is paced by Blanca Ocana with 3.00 kills per set with Zuzana Markova (2.46) and Samantha Morse (2.25) next. Markova (3.92 assists per set) and Meghan McCoy (3.62) pace the Warhawks in assists while Lacey Dietlin is averaging a team-high 2.54 digs per set.
