Lady Lion Softball Doubleheader at MVSU Rained Out

Heavy rain forces cancellation of Southeastern's final non-conference tuneup

ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Southeastern Louisiana softball team had its scheduled doubleheader at Mississippi Valley State washed out on Saturday afternoon.

The games will not be rescheduled.

Southeastern (5-2) will open Southland Conference play on Tuesday, opening a three-game series at Nicholls State with a 5 p.m. doubleheader in Thibodaux. Wednesday's series finale is scheduled for 3 p.m.
