Faulkner was named the Southland Conference Tournament MVP after leading the Lions to its first Southland Conference Tournament championship since 2014. The Lion first baseman hit .545 with four home runs, one triple, three doubles, 13 runs scored and 15 RBI in Lions' run to the league title and an NCAA Tournament berth.
