Kuehn won the Ellendale Intercollegiate while the Southeastern Louisiana University men's golf team won the team championship, their second of the season. Kuehn, out of Lake Charles, Louisiana, shot -6 for the tournament, including a final round 70 to defeat UIW's Ken Marten-Soo by one stroke. Kuehn finished under par in all three rounds, shooting 69 and 71 in the first and second rounds, respectively.
