In the final two home games of her Southeastern career, Sterling led the Lady Lions to its most lopsided victories of the season. The victories over in-state foes McNeese and Northwestern State greatly improved SLU’s hopes of earning its first postseason bid since the 2011-12 season. Sterling averaged 15.0 points per game in the wins and ranks among the Southland leaders with 14.2 points per game and 62 three-point field goals.
