Southeastern Louisiana sophomore Ashley Davis picked up a victory at the McNeese Indoor Invite II Friday at the Ralph O. Ward Recreation Complex. Davis captured the shot put with a throw of 48 feet, 7.5 inches. She earlier set a personal best in the weight throw with a mark of 49-5.5.
