Bishop was dominant in the circle, recording a 2-0 record with a pair of complete game shutouts. On Friday, the Lady Lion ace held UMKC to two hits in a 13-0 victory. The Sugar Land, Texas native was even more overpowering in Sunday’s 4-0 victory over Alabama State. No ASU players reached second base in the game, as Bishop struck out seven in the complete game effort. Opponents hit just .125 versus the sophomore during the season-opening Lion Classic.
