JaMichael Hawkins proved a valuable asset off the bench for the Lions this week. With Southeastern battling injuries, Hawkins averaged 32 minutes of action during three games. He went off for a Lion season-high, and career best, 29 points against Spring Hill. He also chipped in double-digit points at Nicholls State in a tight affair.
